Adoptable Characters TOS

- You must ALWAYS credit me for the design, no exceptions. (No credit = not buying from me)
- Do NOT sell the adopt just right after you bought it. That's just rude.
- Never claim the design was created by you/others that are NOT me.
- You may make changes to the design. They are yours/in your possession to do whatever with.
- You may give the design away/send it to a friend. Just be sure to keep credit in mind.
- Stories and lore does NOT count as "extra art" if you happen to sell an adopt for higher than you bought it for.
- You may NOT resell an adopt for a higher price than what it was. (You may ONLY do this if they have extra art included. Again, stories do NOT count as extra art.˚₊‧⁺⋆♱-You may make it into another species. I don't mind what you do.
- You may create lore, stories, etc.
- You are welcome to make 3D art or physical art of the characters you buy.
- You may NOT feed my designs into AI software/applications.
Payment TOS
- Payment MUST be upfront, I will only take payment first before I work on anything.
- I currently use PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp, Ko-Fi.
- I do NOT take out refunds. The only time I will send out a refund is if I am unable to get to the art/order.
- When I send out my payment information NEVER refer to me by my legal name.
- Wait for me to confirm before sending payment.
- I ONLY accept money/USD as payment. I will not accept games, Discord Nitro, Art, OCs, Etc as payment.

Holds - TOS
- I will put a hold on an adopt for a week.
Warnings
- Ripping off or selling my designs without my knowledge (such as claiming you made the design/selling on another site) will be an instant ban.

- Downloading my watermarked designs and reposting them on other sites (claiming you made them/selling them, etc .) - Example: Reposting on Pinterest
- Selling my designs for a higher price with no extra art included will also result in a ban from buying from me.
Artwork Use
- When getting ANYTHING created by me you must credit me.
- You may use artwork I create for you as banners, wallpaper, profile images, etc.
- You may NOT use my artwork if it was not intended for you.
- You may NOT steal my work/claim it as your own. If you do this, this will be an instant ban getting art from me.
- Artwork created by me and you want to use it, it MUST be within personal use only.
- You may post my work to ToyHouse or other art storage sites with CREDT attached.Base Use - TOS

- When using a base created by me please credit me/mention me somewhere.
- Bases may be edited, just credit me for the original lines please.
- My bases may NOT be fed into AI software/applications.
